Each home at the Realife Cooperative of Burnsville has:

• A private deck or patio with lots of natural light and great views of the Minnesota River valley, Minneapolis skyline or Realife Cooperative property.

• Standard appliances, blinds and flooring maintained by the cooperative. ​

• Amazing in-unit storage, most with walk-in closets, entry closet/pantry as well as a private locked indoor storage room (approximately 5 x 7).

• Bathrooms have large linen closets and either a walk-in shower or tub with shower. 

• Accessible doorways in the units (32” wide).

• Individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

• 15 laundry rooms, free for members, just steps from your door.

• 2 elevators and staircases with secure ground floor doors and a garage-level trash/recycling.

• A secure, heated garage for a monthly fee and ample free parking in parking lots.

• On-site management and maintenance 40 hours a week and on-call maintenance 24/7, 365.

• Access to all shared community spaces including 2 guest rooms for a reasonable fee.

 

Over the years members have customized their spaces, adding upgrades including ceiling fans, built in microwave ovens, updating kitchens and countertops and appliances. These things are left with the unit, but maintenance is the responsibility of the member.
